The principal, being the head of the institution look into all the affairs of the college. He exercises all the functions of the college and every work in the institution is discharged in accordance with his consent. Any kind of negligence of his orders will be considered as the act of indiscipline.

If the principal remains on leave, the day to day functioning of the college will be conducted by the senior Prof-in-charge next to the Principal.

There are separate department for teaching approved subjects. Every department has a head of the deptt who are authorized to forward all the petitions of the department concerned.
